Sophia Prosper

Executive Director

Sophia is a highly skilled professional with a Master’s in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Community Development. With over a decade of experience in healthcare program management, refugee assistance, and nonprofit leadership, she has successfully mobilized resources, developed strategic partnerships, and overseen impactful interventions. Her expertise in grant management and multi-sectoral collaboration continues to strengthen MAGUFINA’s capacity to drive sustainable change.

Alphonsine Chalungu

Program Manager

Holder of a Master’s in Nutrition & Health Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Social Work, she brings more than 8 years of experience in public health nutrition, community-based health programs, and capacity-building initiatives. Her leadership has been instrumental in designing and implementing holistic interventions addressing non-communicable diseases, economic empowerment, and emergency response. Her strong analytical and program evaluation skills ensure that MAGUFINA’s services remain effective, data-driven, and responsive to the evolving needs of the refugee population.
